* Missing person search *
Boyne Fishermen's Rescue emergency paging system activated at 04:42am this morning.
Call recieved requesting assistance with a search of the river Boyne following the reports of a missing person in the area who maybe attempting to enter the water.
The emergency pager crews mustered with the immediate launch of our inshore rescue boat.
Just as the inshore rescue boat was launched a stand down was recieved as the person was located.
Crews returned to base to wash ,restage and sanitize equipment in the event of another tasking.
