* Missing Person *
Boyne Fishermen's Rescue emergency paging system activated at 09.54am this morning.
Call recieved requesting assistance in a missing person search in the Drogheda area,it was feared the female may attempt to enter the water.
The emergency pager crews mustered with the launch of our inshore rescue boat to conduct a search on the river Boyne.
Our mobile 1 & 2 unit was dispatched to check various locations and areas of interest.
After a period of time searching a update was received that the missing person had been located safe and well.
Crews returned to base to wash ,restage and sanitize equipment in the event of another tasking.
